Today was my last day at work. To say that I was emotional would be putting it lightly!

I fully believe this is day 1 of our adventure, and we’ve been prepping so much for this day. Income has officially stopped and from here on out it’s budgeting, tracking spending, and really scrutinizing purchases to the max. I’ve got an app that I think will help, and fully plan on doing a review of that once I get some time in with it.

Thank You To So Many People

My husband and I have had so many people rooting and encouraging us over the past couple of weeks since we’ve made our plans public. It’s been overwhelming at times! We truly surround ourselves with the best people, both professionally and socially!

I want to send out a special shoutout to my amazing coworkers, you have made the past few weeks so bittersweet! I know we will still talk, but not seeing you every weekday is going to take some getting used to.

Keeping this post short. Full steam ahead now and I’m looking forward to making these blog posts a part of my new routine!
